THAILAND-Bangkok Airways has taken delivery of a new Airbus A319 aircraft.
The new single-aisle jet, named ‘Bangkok’, is configured with 138 economy class seats.
Based at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi airport, the aircraft will be deployed both domestic and international routes, including Koh Samui, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Bengarulu, and Dhaka.
The new A319 becomes the 18th aircraft in Bangkok Airways’ fleet, which also features eight ATR72s, three A320s and seven A319s.
